RETURNS POLICY & INFORMATION
We want you to be happy with your purchase from Bike-Quip however there may be certain instances products may need to be returned.
IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND
If you change your mind about any item ordered after receipt and you wish to return it, then you can do so provided you inform us of your decision within 30 days of receipt. All you will be responsible for is the cost of the return postage. The item MUST be unused, undamaged and with all documentation and 'as new' (fit for resale) when returned. You should use original packaging materials and methods similar to those used by us to prevent any damage to the goods. We will issue an exchange or refund to you via your original payment method. The package belongs to you until received by us and YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR POSTAL CHARGES FOR RETURN in this instance. Any loss or damage during return is your responsibility.
If an item is received in damaged packaging, if possible please take a photograph of the package (as received and PRIOR TO OPENING) and where practical, bring it to the attention of the delivery agent at the time of delivery / receipt. Once you open the package, if the item itself has been damaged please report it to us within 2 working days. Upon return the item can be replaced or a refund issued via your original payment method.
FAULTY ON ARRIVAL
If your item is faulty on arrival, you should inform us as soon as reasonably possible. Items should be returned in their original packaging when possible with a copy of original documentation. Once we have verified the fault, we will issue a replacement or a refund to you via your original payment method.

3. We are not responsible for the loss or damage of items during their return.
4. Buyer is responsible for any shipping charges when returning the item.
